Position: Full-time Landscape Maintenance Supervisor/Trainee

Job Responsibilities:
Job details will include regular upkeep of a portfolio of maintenance clients. Required tasks will include, but are not limited to:

· Shrub and turf fertilization, including disease control & diagnosis
· Weed and debris removal
· Shrub and tree upkeep, including pruning
· Seasonal annual plantings
· General irrigation maintenance
· Mulching and leaf removal
· Work with client to ensure that the job is done to their specifications

Starting Pay: $12-$16/hour depending on experience and knowledge.

Requirements:

· Previous landscape experience preferred, but not required
· Valid driver’s license
· General experience with plants and outdoor landscapes
· Must be physically fit: able to bend, kneel, lift up to 85 lbs. easily, etc.
· Ability to communicate well with others

• Weekly upkeep of a portfolio of mowing and maintenance clients, including mowing trimming and edging.


• Work with client to ensure that the job is done to their specifications/Etc.

Position: Full-time Landscape Construction Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Must be able to read and understand a landscape design and then build it
Construction of patios, retaining walls, decks, etc.

Know how to use power equipment (loader/excavator/etc.)
Work with client to ensure that the job is done to their specifications

Starting Pay: $12-$18/hour depending on experience and knowledge.

Requirements:

- Previous landscape experience preferred
-Valid driver’s license
- Must be physically fit: able to bend, kneel, lift at least 85 lbs. easily, etc.
-General construction experience of patios, walls, decks, etc.
